Science in Kindergarten. Floating Egg

Hello!

We continue doing experiments in English with the little children.

After the volcanoes experiment, we are doing something quieter but very interesting.

The new "taller" is called FLOATING EGG. We see how the egg floats in different situations.

As you can see in the picture we use SUGAR and SALT, that we add in the water to see what happens with the egg. The children are happy to help and take part, and they are amazed with the results.

At the end of the class the children have to complete a worksheet about the activity. They have to draw 3 eggs in the different situations that we see in class: with water, with sugar and with salt.
