Potatoes omelette

POTATOES OMELETTE by Pol, Maria G., Ainoa, Alan and Nicole.

INGREDIENTS:

- Potatoes, 700 gr
- Onion, 200 gr
- Eggs, 6 or 7
- Oil
- Salt
- Top

KITCHEN TOOLS: 

- Sauce pan
- Wooden spoon
- Bowl
- Plate

PROCESS 

Peel the potatoes, wash it and cut it on little cubes.
Peel and cut the onion in strips or in pices. 
Warm up the oil in a wide sauce pan and then put the onions and potatoes to fry them in the hot oil. Now it's time to fry it.
Meanwhile shake two eggs on a bowl and put a little handful of salt.
Remove the fried ingredients and join them with the beaten eggs.
Shake the eggs, potatoes and onion in a bowl. 
Now take a sauce pan to cook the omelette.
Put the sauce pan on medium fire and add oil on the cauce pan. Then put here the potatoes, the onions and the eggs. 
Turn the omelette with the help of the top, BE CAREFUL!!
Finally, put the omelette on a big plate when it is cooked.
