Frankenstein play in Barcelona (4th, 5th and 6th grade)

Good morning!

Yesterday the Comunitat de Grans (4th, 5th and 6th) went to Barcelona to watch the play Frankenstein, by IPA Productions company.

We had a great time!

The asked the students to participate many times during the play. Of course, they all wanted to be part of it:

Some of them were lucky!

We revised the parts of the body and the vocabulary and expressions that we had practised in class.

We danced to the songs we learnt in class and it was fun!

Did you like the play Frankenstein???

Write a comment and say what was your favourite moment of the show ;-)

Etwinning project

Hello!

Today we would like to talk you about Etwinning:

Etwinning is an education platform in Europe to create projects among schools.

This year we are doing a project in 5th and 6th grades. The project is called "Cultural Exchange" and we want our students to share information in English with other schools.

Our 5th grades are paired with a school in (Diyarbakir) Turkey and our 6th grade students are paired with a school in Alkmaar (The Netherlands).

During the first term we have exchanged Power Points to introduce ourselves, our country, town and school.

The most recent task is sharing questions and answers in video format.

Here's a video compilation, so you can see and understand what we are doing. The students have loved this activity:

What's the time? Roleplays (4th grade)

Good mornings dear students!

It was fun because we used our chroma green wall. They did a fantastic job!

Stop Motion group 5 and some photos!

Good morning!

At school we know how important is for our students to learn how to work in teams and working in a cooperative way. They learn from each other, they learn how to be more empathic and respectful with each other and they acquire social skills and confidence.

In the Art English workshop it is very important to work in teams: the results are always much better!

We love to see this photos of the students working like this:

And here are the last stop motion videos, from group 5:
