Little Rabbit Foo Foo (P4 and P5)

Hello little boys and girls!

Here's the video of the story of Little Rabbit Foo Foo.

Foo Foo is not a good rabbit. He's nasty to the other animals in the forest.

The good fairy comes from the sky and gives him 3 opportunities, but Little Rabbit Foo Foo won't listen.

So at the end... at the end you have to watch the video to learn what happens :P

The very hungry caterpillar (P3, P4, P5)

Hello boys and girls and families!

Spring is here and so are bugs and insects!

The children love exploring in the playground and finding all types of ladybirds, woodlouse, butterflies, spiders, snails, etc...

We love them. And in class we learn more about them.

Here's a classic tale by Eric Carle http://www.eric-carle.com/home.html called The Very Hungry Caterpillar.
It's the story about a caterpillar who eats everything he finds on his way, until he becomes big and builds a coccoon and then... you'll have to watch the video to know what happens! :-D

Do you like the story of the Very Hungry Caterpillar???

Let's take a picture... say cheese! (P3)

Hello little boys and girls!

In class we sing the song "Say Cheese (let's take a picture)" from Super Simple Learning.

The song is about taking photos. The boys and girls put on different faces: happy, funny, scary... and we have fun singing and dancing to it.

Here you can see some pictures of the P3 kids acting the song lyrics:

HAPPY FACES EVERYONE!

LET'S BE FUNNY NOW!

CAN YOU PUT ON A SCARY MONSTER FACE?

ONE LAST PICTURE, SAY CHEESEEEEEE!

If you want to listen to the song and practise at home, follow this link to the website: SAY CHEESE!

Frankenstein (5th and 6th grade)

Last week the students in 5th and 6th grade went to Vilanova i la Geltru to watch the play Frankenstein, by IPA Productions.
We arrived to the theatre early and we were excited to see the show:

Henry Frankenstein and his assistant Fritz show us their laboratory and their plans to make a monster.

We revise the parts of the body with the help of some volunteers from the audience. It's very funny!

Doctor Frankenstein uses a sound converter machine to get the electricity to bring the monster to life!

All together with the monster dance "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes". It's easy, we know the song!

Everybody, children and teachers stand up and do the coreography! We have a laugh!

The end of the show is very funny with the participation of one of our students. He did it very well. Even the actors congratulated him!

Did you like the play "Frankenstein"? Do you want to go back to the theatre? :-) Write your comments, please!
